ProfileManager of the Industrial Permit and Control Department in the Service of the Ministry of Industry in the South. presided the Permits Committee in the South from 2010, and currently a member of the committee. Known for being active, consistent, and transparent.Have experience in process and quality control in the manufacturing field. Managed research, development, and production at several factories such as Ghaddar Machinery, Patchi, Dantziguian, and Alumco. Expertise covers many industries including acoustics, vibrations, chemical processes, and metallurgy. Holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering (2002) from the American University of Beirut, and a Master of Business Administration (2014) from the University of Phoenix. Have been active with “Saida & Surrounding Engineers” since 17 October 2019. WORK EXPERIENCE

Nov 2006–PresentStarted as an engineer in the department, where I found myself working a one-(wo)man show and was able to automate a lot of tasks. Was promoted in March 2016 to lead the department, and still taking initiatives especially in modernizing the public administration. Lately, was highly active in the Litani project (minimize industrial wastewater)
Alumco SAL – Project Engineer (A short period, due to the 2006 war)
2006–2006Designed Aluminum and glazing for facades and windows.
Ghaddar Machinery – Fabrication Department Manager
2001–2005Became manager in 4 months’ time, was able to double productivity with 10% increase in human labor. Was responsible of design, pricing, supervising. Innovative in finding ways to archive and organize my work.
SKILLS
- Programming and Software: C++, Progress, Matlab, National Instruments LABVIEW, National Instruments HIQ, AutoCAD, ProEngineer and ProMechanica.

TRAINING AND OTHER INITIATIVES
- Participated in a multitude of conferences, seminar, webinars, and workshops in Lebanon and abroad.
- Launched a social initiative in 2019 to help, in collaboration with friends, vulnerable people in Saida get through the hard economic crisis, an ongoing initiative now working under the SIKKA project.
